These Terms govern your use of Luani. By using the app, you agree to these Terms.

You agree to use Luani lawfully and responsibly.

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter and for maintaining access security to your account credentials and devices.

You may not misuse, reverse engineer, disrupt, or attempt unauthorized access to Luani systems or data.

Luani provides wellness tracking, educational guidance, and lifestyle insights.

Luani does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, emergency services, or professional medical advice.

Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical decisions, symptoms, diagnosis, or treatment.

Paid features may be offered as auto-renewing subscriptions.

Billing is handled by the platform where you subscribed (Apple App Store or Google Play).

Unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current billing period ends, subscriptions may renew automatically based on your platform plan settings.

Manage, cancel, or change subscriptions through your Apple or Google account settings. Luani cannot directly cancel platform subscriptions for you.

Refunds, taxes, regional pricing, and billing dispute handling follow the policies of the platform where the purchase occurred.

App content, design, copy, visuals, and software are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works from Luani content except as permitted by law or with written permission.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue app features to improve product quality, safety, or compliance.

We may release updates, including policy and pricing updates, and your continued use after updates means the updated terms apply.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Luani is provided “as is” without guarantees of uninterrupted operation or specific outcomes.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
