Plan by Luani is a planning and calendar app that helps you organize your day, calendar events, tasks, reminders, lists, projects, and related planning preferences.
Some features can use information from services you choose to connect, such as calendars, email accounts, or Luani. Connecting these services is optional.

You choose whether to give Plan access to calendars on your device or connect supported calendar providers. When enabled, calendar information may be used to:
You can change or remove calendar access through Plan’s settings, your connected provider, or your device settings, depending on the type of connection.
Connecting an email account is optional.
When supported email features are enabled, Plan may analyze permitted email information to identify potential plans, dates, reservations, tickets, appointments, or other calendar-worthy information for your review.
Plan does not automatically add an email suggestion to your calendar simply because it was detected. You can review, accept, or dismiss supported suggestions.
When Gmail is connected for this feature, access is read-only. Plan does not fetch Gmail attachments for these suggestions.
You can manage connected accounts and permissions from Settings.
Connecting Luani to Plan is optional.
If you choose to connect Luani, Plan may receive only the planning context or access you approve, such as limited planning guidance or cycle-timing information used to personalize planning.
Plan does not receive detailed health information through this connection, such as:
Your detailed Luani health information remains separate from Plan unless a future feature clearly asks for additional permission and you choose to provide it.
You can disconnect Luani from Settings.
Plan may use the information available to the features you enable to provide planning suggestions, such as recommending when a task may fit into your schedule, identifying open time, grouping related planning items, or helping reorganize a proposed day.
These suggestions are intended to assist you. You remain in control of your plans.
Where a feature presents a proposed schedule for review, Plan does not commit those proposed changes until you approve them, unless the feature clearly tells you otherwise before you take the action.
We may use information handled by Plan to:
Plan by Luani does not sell your personal information.
If you enable notifications, Plan may use relevant task, event, reminder, or planning information to deliver the notifications you request.
You can change notification permissions through Plan or your device settings.
Some Plan information may be stored locally on your device.
If you enable account sync, cloud features, or connected services, information necessary to provide those features may also be transmitted to, stored by, or processed using the systems and service providers that support those features.
Information made available to connected third-party services may also be subject to those services’ privacy practices.
If you enable Plan widgets, information necessary to display the widget may be made available to the widget on your device.
Widget privacy controls are available in Settings where supported. Widget data can be cleared through the available privacy controls.
Consider what information you choose to display in widgets if other people may be able to see your device.
Plan relies on service providers to operate certain features, such as authentication, cloud storage and synchronization, subscriptions, diagnostics, notifications, and connected account functionality.
These providers may process information as necessary to provide their services to Plan. We do not authorize service providers to use Plan user information for unrelated purposes where our agreements or applicable law allow us to restrict that use.
Connected services that you independently choose to use may also operate under their own privacy policies and terms.
Subscription status may be processed through Apple, the App Store, RevenueCat, or another applicable subscription service so Plan by Luani can unlock paid features, determine subscription status, manage entitlement access, and restore purchases.
Payment card information is handled by Apple, the App Store, or the applicable payment provider. Plan by Luani does not directly collect or store payment card information.
Plan by Luani may process limited technical information through Sentry or another diagnostics provider to understand crashes, errors, performance problems, and other app reliability issues.
Diagnostic information is used to maintain, secure, and improve the operation of the app. It is not used to build advertising profiles.
We keep information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the features you use, maintain your account, comply with applicable legal requirements, resolve disputes, protect the service, and enforce applicable agreements.
Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information and the feature involved.
If you connect services such as Apple Calendar, Google Calendar, Gmail, Luani, RevenueCat, Sentry, Supabase, or another service you choose to use with Plan by Luani, information handled by that service may remain subject to that service’s own retention practices after you disconnect it from Plan by Luani.

Depending on where you live, you may also have additional privacy rights under applicable law.
You can request account deletion from Profile → Account.
When you delete your Plan by Luani account, we delete the Plan account data we control that is associated with your account, including your Plan profile, app data, settings, connected-account records, and synced Plan data.
We may retain limited information only where necessary or permitted for legal, security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, tax, accounting, transaction-record, or service-integrity purposes.
Account deletion removes Plan’s stored connection records for connected services where applicable. However, deleting your Plan account does not delete information independently held by services you chose to connect or use, such as Apple Calendar, Google Calendar, Gmail, Luani, RevenueCat, Sentry, Supabase, or other providers. You may need to manage or delete information held by those services directly through that provider.
If you reconnect a service after deleting your Plan account, information still available from that service may become available to Plan again based on the permissions you grant.
Where available, you may review or update information directly within Plan.
Additional access, correction, deletion, or portability rights may apply depending on where you live.
Export and import controls may appear under Privacy & Data when those features are available.

These safeguards may include encryption, access controls, account-based permissions, secure authentication, provider security controls, and limits on the information used for diagnostics and support.
No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are also responsible for keeping your device, app store account, email account, calendar account, and other connected services secure.
Plan by Luani is intended for users 13 and older.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 in circumstances that require parental consent, we will take appropriate steps to delete the information or handle it as required by applicable law.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information handled by Plan.
However, no method of electronic storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
You are also responsible for maintaining the security of your device, accounts, and connected services.
Some of our service providers process information in countries outside your own, including the United States.
